In this course, you will learn how to act as a "servant leader" and coach capable of building high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) that deliver end-to-end business value. Over the course of three days, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a company implementing SAFe®.
